Donna Grana processes registration and authentication data, financial information entered or imported by the user, subscription data, and technical records required for security and service operation.
Users can view and export their data even when a subscription is frozen. Requests for access, correction, portability, or deletion may be submitted through RDNF channels, subject to legally required retention.
Checkout is processed by an external payment provider. Donna Grana stores order identifiers, confirmation, amount, contracted period, and subscription status; it does not store full card numbers.
Analytics is optional and is enabled only after user consent. It is used to measure audience and improve the product. Donna Grana does not send balances, transaction amounts, financial descriptions, bank names, passwords, or emails to Analytics.
